Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and MVP AI ("we", "us"), operated from the United Kingdom, for the AI website builder at ai.mvpproit.co.uk. By signing in you agree to them.

The service

MVP AI lets you create and edit websites by chatting to an AI. Your sites are hosted by us at an ai.mvpproit.co.uk address and, optionally, on one custom domain you own. The service is in beta: we work hard to keep it fast and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account and must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the portal, which permanently removes your sites and data.

Your content

Your websites belong to you. You keep all rights to the content you create or upload; you grant us only the licence needed to host it, process it with our AI provider, and display it on the web as you direct. The platform itself (code, design, brand) remains ours.

AI-generated content

The AI builds what you ask for, but AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unintentionally similar to existing material. You are the publisher of your site: review what goes live under your name and make sure you have the rights to everything on it.

Acceptable use

You must not use MVP AI to create or host:

• anything illegal under UK law, or content that infringes others' copyright, trademarks or privacy;
• malware, phishing pages, scams or deceptive impersonation of any person or organisation;
• child sexual abuse material (reported to authorities), or content that harasses or incites hatred or violence;
• spam networks, link farms or bulk-generated SEO sites;
• anything that attacks, probes or overloads our infrastructure or other users' sites.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, immediately and without refund where the breach is serious.

Plans, credits and payment

• The free plan includes one website and a fixed number of AI edits ("credits"). Paid plans include more sites and a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing cycle. Unused credits don't roll over and have no cash value.
• Subscriptions are billed by Stripe, monthly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from the portal ("Manage billing"); your plan stays active to the end of the paid period, then drops to free.
• If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, your account returns to the free plan's limits; your sites stay up.
• We may change pricing with at least 14 days' notice before your next renewal.

Custom domains

You may connect one domain per site. The domain must be yours: you buy it, own it, and control its DNS. We provide the hosting configuration and a free HTTPS certificate.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Ending the service

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. If we ever shut the platform down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice so you can export your site content.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and flagged in the portal. Continued use after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
