Privacy Policy

Who we are. MVP AI ("we", "us") is the AI website builder at ai.mvpproit.co.uk, operated from the United Kingdom by MVP. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: codingwithmuhammad36@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account data — when you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
• Your websites and chats — the content of the sites you build, your chat messages to the AI, and files you attach.
• Billing data — if you subscribe, payments are handled by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer reference, plan and subscription status. Your card details never touch our servers.
• Usage counters — AI credits used, timestamps of your edits.
• Technical logs — standard web-server logs (IP address, request time and path) kept for security and debugging.

How we use it

• To run the service: host your sites, keep your chat history, meter credits.
• AI processing: your chat messages, attached files and the content of your site are sent to Google's Gemini API so the AI can build and edit your website. Google processes that data under its own privacy policy and API terms.
• To take payments (Stripe) and prevent abuse of the platform.
• We do not sell your data, run ads, or use third-party analytics or tracking.

Cookies

We use a single strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies — which is why you don't see a cookie banner.

Where your data lives

Your sites, chats and files are stored on our server in the EU/UK. Data sent to Google (sign-in, AI processing) and Stripe (payments) is processed on their infrastructure, which may be outside the UK; both provide the standard safeguards required by UK GDPR for international transfers.

How long we keep it

• Your account, sites, chats and files: for as long as your account exists.
• If you delete your account, everything above is removed from our live systems immediately.
• Web-server logs rotate automatically after a short period.
• Stripe retains billing records as required by tax and accounting law.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself at any time from your portal (Portal → Danger zone → Delete my account). This permanently deletes your websites, chat history, uploaded files and account record, and cancels any active subscription. It cannot be undone.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, export and erase your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Most of these you can exercise directly (your site content is yours; deletion is self-service). For anything else, email us and we'll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and you must be at least 13 to use it.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and flag it in the portal.
